Whenever a new driver joins Geiger, they spend the first few days driving accompanied by a driver trainer. The trainer is also there to support drivers when new vehicles of the current MAN truck generation, such as the MAN TGS with HydroDrive, are joining the company. Geiger drivers receive practical tips and a full briefing in order to take advantage of all the benefits offered by the vehicle, including all assistance and safety systems. This builds trust, which is reflected by the fact that many drivers stay with the company for a very long time.
