Before a new MAN vehicle covers its first kilometres on the road, it has already undergone numerous stages in the production line. The current episode of MAN QuickStop looks at the MAN plant in Munich – behind the scenes of truck production.

In the first take, Peter Demmel takes us back with him into the history of MAN Production in Munich. The company premises were built in 1955. Truck production in Munich also started here, and still takes place on the plant premises even today. A great deal has happened since then. Not only are the methods, production processes and systems in constant flux – the vehicles that are built here are also changing continually. Everything must be repeatedly rethought and adjusted in line with innovations and predominant technologies. This MAN QuickStop episode invites you on this exciting trip. And of course, you can witness how the modern lion-like beasts from the current MAN Truck Generation are rolling towards the road step by step.
